AskTheo Trial Access — Privacy Policy

Effective: May 19, 2026

HarrisX LLC (“HarrisX,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you access the AskTheo trial environment (“Trial”). It applies solely to the Trial and does not govern information collected under any separate commercial agreement.

1. Information We Collect

We collect two categories of information when you use the Trial:

Submitted inputs.

Any queries, data, or other content you enter into the Trial (“Inputs”). You are solely responsible for ensuring that Inputs do not contain confidential, proprietary, or personally identifiable information. See Section 3 below regarding our use of Inputs.

Usage and technical data.

We automatically collect certain information about your interaction with the Trial, including IP address, browser type and version, device type and operating system, session duration and activity, pages or features accessed, and error logs. This information is collected to operate, secure, and improve the Trial.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information collected through the Trial for the following purposes:

  • To provide and operate the Trial;
  • To monitor usage, detect fraud, and maintain the security of the Trial;
  • To analyze aggregate usage patterns for internal business and product purposes;
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations; and
  • To contact you regarding the Trial or related HarrisX products and services, where you have provided contact information.

3. Use of Inputs — No Model Training

HarrisX does not use Inputs submitted during the Trial to train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve AskTheo’s underlying models or algorithms. Inputs may be accessed by HarrisX personnel solely for purposes of operating, troubleshooting, and securing the Trial.

4. Sharing of Information

HarrisX does not sell your information. We may share information collected through the Trial in the following limited circumstances:

Service providers.

We may share information with third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Trial (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, security monitoring), subject to confidentiality obligations materially as protective as those set forth herein.

Legal requirements.

We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, court order, or governmental authority, or where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of HarrisX, its clients, or the public. Where legally permitted, we will provide advance notice of such disclosure.

Corporate transactions.

In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of HarrisX’s assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to equivalent privacy protections.

5. Data Retention

HarrisX retains usage and technical data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, and in any event no longer than twenty-four (24) months following the end of your Trial access, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Inputs are retained only as long as necessary to operate and troubleshoot the Trial and are deleted within ninety (90) days of collection.

6. Security

HarrisX maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information collected through the Trial against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. HarrisX is pursuing ISO 27001 certification and operates within the security framework of its parent company, Stagwell Inc. Notwithstanding these measures, no data transmission or storage system is completely secure, and HarrisX cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
